Urban Fira Londres, the residential development designed by ON-A in collaboration with B01 Arquitectes, has been featured in APCE Habitatge No. 152. The publication highlights the Barcelona project as a benchmark for sustainable housing, recognising its bioclimatic design and commitment to energy efficiency.

Developed for AQ Acentor, the scheme comprises 210 homes and is recognised as a pilot project for the DGNB System certification in Spain. The building incorporates passive design strategies to maximise natural daylight and thermal comfort, together with a connection to Barcelona’s Ecoenergies district heating and cooling network and natural ventilation solutions for the underground car park, significantly improving its environmental performance.
The publication of Urban Fira Londres in APCE Habitatge No. 152 recognises a residential project that brings together innovation, sustainability and architectural quality, reinforcing ON-A’s commitment to designing efficient buildings that respond to the challenges of contemporary cities.
