Beginning of the construction of the housing development in Sant Just Desvern. The 102 units development is organized in three buildings in one same urban block, with green areas, community spaces, and a swimming pool for the neighbors. Projected by ON-A using BIM methodology.

STRUCTURE FINAL PHASE OF SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE #1510
At the end of May, we finished the structure of this single-family house #1510 by concreting the top slab. At the same time, we started the facades enclosures, the collocation of installations, and the execution of the infinity pool.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE #1510
On February 17, started the first building stage of the single family house # 1510 designed by ON-A in the town of Gavà. The forecast of the construction duration, will be 11 months, starting now with the excavation process.

PRE-FAB HOUSE. CONSTRUCTION WORKS COMPLETED.
The construction of the Pre-Fab House was completed at the beginning of the summer. It is a very unique residential project as it has been designed and managed using BIM methodology. The final result stands out for its volumetry and finishes.
