Large residential development of more than 250 homes distributed across eight buildings, harmoniously integrated into a privileged natural setting with open views towards the Montseny massif. The urban proposal seeks to balance residential density, architectural quality and everyday well-being, creating a complex that combines proximity to urban services with the tranquillity of a natural landscape.
Located in the Can Marquès sector, in Llinars del Vallès, the development lies less than half an hour from Barcelona, allowing residents to enjoy a more relaxed way of life without giving up their connection to the city. The project proposes a lifestyle that prioritises balance, where the home is conceived as a space for well-being, rest and everyday refuge, in close contact with the surrounding natural environment.

 

A residential complex designed for different lifestyles

The residential complex comprises more than 250 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, distributed across several buildings designed to integrate with the landscape and maximise natural light. The architecture combines contemporary materials with references to the immediate urban context: the buildings feature façades finished in ceramic cladding, while the upper floors corresponding to the penthouses are resolved with exposed brick façades. This material combination establishes a dialogue with the architecture of the nearby Teatre Auditori de Llinars del Vallès, creating visual continuity and contributing to a stronger sense of unity within the urban setting. In this way, the project integrates not only with the natural landscape but also with the existing architectural environment.
The homes feature terraces, balconies or private gardens that extend the living space outdoors and allow residents to enjoy the climate and surrounding views. Each dwelling also includes a parking space and storage room within the same building, ensuring everyday comfort and practicality. The internal layout has been designed to provide spacious, light-filled and versatile rooms that adapt to different family needs and ways of living.

Shared spaces and connection with nature

The design of the complex places particular emphasis on the relationship between architecture and landscape. The outdoor areas are conceived as a natural extension of the homes, with open spaces, pedestrian pathways and green areas that foster a calm and balanced atmosphere.
The development includes communal amenities such as gardens and a swimming pool, designed for relaxation, social interaction and the everyday enjoyment of residents. These shared spaces help create a residential community in which outdoor living and social connection form an integral part of the experience of living in the complex.
