¿How can you adapt to the twenty-first century the rooms of an hotel built in 1927 which follows a classical spatial distribution and stylistic language? The proposal is based on three fundamental points. Firstly the redistribution of the rooms, which allows better usage of the space and greater functionality. Secondly rescuing the Renaissance patterns that characterize the rooms, but what before were details on plinths, frames or canvases now are enhanced and become the essence themselves. And finally, we incorporate all the features of contemporary comfort by integrating them in the space. The renovation aims at changing a classical hotel in a modern hotel which meets the standards of contemporary life.
