Parking areas and services
On the ground floor, the emerging towers are grouped into four triangular buildings with different orientations, which house access to the towers as well as various services, such as commercial spaces to serve the campus. The space between these four triangular buildings is used to create a car park for over 500 cars and another underground car park, which is naturally ventilated thanks to the arrangement of the courtyards.

Green areas and common rooms
The first floor was designed as a garden for the residents, a large platform that connects the four buildings and provides a recreational area where students can live together. There are also some shared services such as storage rooms, laundries or venues for a variety of activities to promote community life.

Tower apartments
From the second floor, the flat towers rise every 7 floors, with a capacity of 7 flats per floor. The floor plan corresponds to a radial scheme around an atrium that allows natural ventilation and contains the common services: Living and working spaces, etc. The modulation used for the flats offers the possibility of choosing different floor plans, which also affects the facade. Together with the non-orthogonal arrangement of the individual floors, this results in a visual richness that can be viewed from any vantage point.
